We assess matting carefully and always prioritize your dog's comfort and safety. Depending on severity, we may recommend a shorter trim to humanely resolve matting. Please share your dog's coat condition on the request form so we can prepare.

Absolutely. We take a calm, patient, one-on-one approach and tailor every session to your dog's temperament. Share any behavioral or medical notes on your form so we can provide the most comfortable experience.

Please bring your dog's vaccination records and any notes from your veterinarian. New clients can complete our New Client Form ahead of time to streamline the first visit.
