Grooming Policies
Our shared commitment to care
These policies help us provide a safe, calm, and consistent experience for every fluffy guest and their family.
Appointments & Scheduling
- Submitting a request form does not confirm an appointment. We will personally contact you to confirm availability.
- We recommend booking in advance, as appointment slots are limited to ensure every dog receives calm, one-on-one care.
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another guest.
Arrival & Vaccinations
- Please bring your dog's current vaccination records to your first visit.
- For everyone's safety, dogs should arrive on a leash or in a carrier.
- Please allow a few minutes at drop-off to review your dog's needs with our team.
Coat Condition & Matting
- We assess every coat before grooming begins and will discuss any concerns with you.
- Humanely resolving severe matting may require a shorter trim. We always prioritize your dog's comfort over length.
- A final quote is provided after evaluating your dog's coat condition, temperament, and requested style.
Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or behavioral concerns before your appointment.
- Dogs with a bite history are welcome — please share details so we can prepare a safe, comfortable plan.
- If a health concern arises during grooming, we will contact you and your veterinarian promptly.
Pricing & Payment
- Pricing varies by breed, size, coat condition, temperament, and requested style.
- You will always receive a final quote before grooming begins — never a surprise.
- Payment is due at the time of service pickup.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, will incur a $25 charge.
